Worst service

I have purchased the Rakhi and Rakhi gift pack, a month in advance, on rediff and still they could not deliver to shipping address on August 14. On the website, they didn't showed the status till the delivery date as August 14. So, I have sent query asking why the Rakhi was not delivered and I got the response on August 16, that the Rakhi is delivered, whereas in reality Rakhi was never delivered. I have really faced the pain of online shopping first time. Since, for me the time was very very important. Then I spoke to their given Courier Service, i.e. TNT at Mumbai on August 16 and TNT courier service told us that they got the consignment on August 14 itself from Rediff office. So, how can they deliver on August 14 at Nagpur. But, I have been told by TNT service that the Rakhi will be delivered by evening of August 16. But, unfortunately the TNT courier service also emerged as a equally big fraud as Rediff.com. As of August 18 yet, the Rakhi is not delivered and I don't see any hope now. It make me once again believe that the Indian companies are most unfaithful group of people with poor discipline over this planet who even doesn't care about others' emotions. Rediff and TNT are some of the best examples of it.

My brother was leaving the home for his work place on August 16 evening and my Rakhi could not reach before he left the home. It was really embarrassing for me. I stay at Chicago, USA and I never expected that my Rakhi will not reach my brother at Nagpur. I will never recommend anybody to shop on Rediff.com. Its a big fraud and cheating online shopping website. Never every do any shopping from this website to get yourself cheated.
