BOGUS PRODUCT & FRAUD TV ADV

I have purchased on line Dent King and Scratch out pro pen from Wonderbrands after seeing TV advertisement against order No 48516042010:221045. I have paid Rs 2241 for the product. A comlaint was lodged on 25 Apr 10 bearing No DK-1023. I also spoke to Mansi. They have cheated as the products do not work at all. No dent is removed. They are absolutely cheating and looting people. The product is tottally useless and when we inform the company about the same. They either dont answer calls or hang up phone. The Tv channels advertising wonderbrands products should be questioned/sued. The products are just bogus things. This is a serious fraud. I want to return the product and have mioney paid refunded.
