Charging for services not subscribed

I am an Airtel prepaid customer and my no is 9561109215.I have been charged 10/- from my account by Dialogue Bazzi for a service I have not subscribed or am interested in. This sort of fraudulent charging by various agencies through Airtel has been going on unchecked for quite some time now. They will send a message thanking the consumer for subscribing for various services which the subscriber has not even heard of, and then debit an amount from the consumer's account. Is it in collussion with Airtel or with their knowledge? If not, it is high time Airtel stopped these people from cheating their consumers of their money and make them refund the money However small the amount may be. If you let them charge innocent subscribers they will continue to cheat consumers with impunity and get away with it. Kindly take necessary action against such unscrupulous people.
