Im a victim of ICC LOTTERY SCAM

I've already paid or transferred Rs.15, 500 in the account details provided to me. Now the self-proclaimed Diplomat SHAWN STEPHENS is asking me for more Rs.75000 as a charge to be given to the RBI. Though I'm not giving him any money now but I have already made a blunder by giving him Rs.15500 . Now plzzz suggest me is there any way how I can get my money back??
