Wrong commitment total fraud

Hi,

I got this call from an executive claiming to be from yatra.com from the number 911147349800. She proposed to me Discover the India offer for INR 6616.00. In which i was to get vouchers worth INR 20000.00 from yatra.com. After my repeated interaction she confirmed me that i can use the whole vouchers against my air travel. I purchased it.

Now after two days i was told that no i can't do that and blah blah blah. I registered a complaint with them which they verified from the recordings of the conversation that i was true and they have commited me wrongly. Now when i asked them to return my money they are not willing to do so. I got a call from someone Meghna and she told me that it's not possible to return the money.

This is a clear case of fraud and cheating.

I want strict actions against them.
