Poor service

Dear Sir/Mam

I have been using Aircel Pocket Internet pack (Rs 98) since last 3 months. Since last 1 month or so, I have got fed up with this service bcoz of 2 much of disconnection. It is impossible to open a site (eg. Orkut) in one go bcoz the connection drops again & again. In 5 minutes atleast it gets 3 time disconnected. I launched several complaines at their customer care but I got no feed back. The service is geting worse each day.

I would be oblige if my complaint is paid attention. Thanks.
