I was promised a waiver and made the payment accordingly and then after I was not getting service called several times.
Received several calls regarding the repayment even after concluded and promised for waiver and agreed upon the amount by previous callers.
At the end I have a disconnected service with faulty router which was provided to me by the first technician who visited me for first time installation and Airtel claims that router was self purchased and is asking for bill / receipt as they do not supply that router.
I am getting bills and no service at the end.
Though I don¿t want to write a long story but I am forced by AIRTEL EXCETUVIES,
SUPERVISORS & MANAGERS to do so. Unfortunately, I have registered for the combo
service (Fixed LL, BB & IPTV) assuming that instead of taking 3 different
service from different providers I should go for one service.
But to my surprise, none of them is working properly and for past one month I
am calling customer service dept to get the things fixed however AIRTEL has
the most pathetic, rude, unprofessional and abusive executives hired for their
customers.
We have taken the service in the month of Dec¿11 and ever since then we are
facing problems with it. Firstly we have been cheated by the engineer who
installed the service as HE HAS PROVIDED A LOCAL WIFI ROUTER due to which the
connectivity is very very poor. Then comes the bandwidth issue due to which we
were unable to watch the channels as it keeps losing the signal and gives error
for ¿ WAITING SIGNAL¿ all the time. We have spent more time on restarting the
TV and router instead of watchingusing the services.
We then moved our house and made a request to shift the service to new address
.It took us more than 25 days to shift the service because of the incredible
cust service from AIRTEL. We were told that it takes only 3 days to shift the
service however no engineer came and inspite of calling airtel so many times
the issue was not resolved. Also we have been charged for the shifting charges
3 times.
Finally when it was moved, again the bandwidth and wifi range issue was always
there for not using the services. AIRTEL is providing PATHETIC & Worse
services and expecting the customers to pay the bills on time and on regular
intervals. We had a word with cust service and was told that the billing issue
would be sorted out and that we would not have to pay for the time it was
working. Our services were disconnected and then we received a call from AIRTEL
COLLECTIONS, OKHLA from MANAV SHARMA on 4th June who offered us a waiver and
said that ¿ if you make a payment of -, your connection will be
reconnected within 4 hours.¿ We made the payment on 5th June and even after
that it took almost 10 trouble days after coordinating with Manav and
customer service on daily day & night basis. After that we have been calling
AIRTEL and receiving calls from collections dept, payment dept on every day.
We have spoken to so many people in Okhla, Gurgoan, Bhopal etc and all of them
were so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Do you think that I have all the time in this world to call airtel executives
and waste my time with them each and every day ;day in day out and then on top
of that You expect us to pay as well. Not only that, your executives threaten
us that they will discontinue the services on their own wish without even
asking confirming customer.
MY SERVICES ARE STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY, ROUTER IS FAULTY (LOCAL Chinese
Router), WAITING SIGNAL ISSUE & WIFI RANGE ISSUE IS ALSO THERE. TECHNICIAN
VISIT IS STILL PENDING AND INSPITE OF MAKING PAYMENT WE ARE RECEIVING CALLS
FROM PAYMENTCOLLECTIONS TEAM.
I would appereciate if somebody can check this email and take an immediate
action on this. Moreover we want our money back including the initial cost
that we have paid for this pathetic service which we could not use at all. We
were given a waiver by collections team and then later refused saying that i
