Sir,

I am Ankit Tirkey, resident of Old Rajinder Nagar. I applied for a new landline cum broadband connection from a subsidiary of MTNL - DISTANCE TELECOM on 6th April. I gave Rs500 to their concerned agent who visited my home for paperwork on 6th April. Since then there has been no response and whenever I call them i get an reply in a very casual manner that it will be installed in 7days. Today its 15th April and still they say that it will be installed. Customer care people are casual and it seems like they do not care at all. I am not sure that if it is a real company or not.
