My won prize money is not sending me, say me pay fee.$500 us dollars

My dear Sir/Madam, I am jaswinder singh from jalandhar city punajb (India). I have won prize money 500, 000, 00 (British Pound) from Coca Cola Lottery. So i choosed Bank swift Transfer option. so with Mr. charles Mekwunye Executive Director of payment Bank in which OCCEANIC BANK OF NIGERIA PLC.He sent me one form for fill which is write Address, Bank Account, all my personal information, one copy of my identification and Photo Etc. So after filled the form i sent to back Mr. charles Mekwunye. After that he said me for contact with Mr. Barrister P Johnson employee of DIVINE INTERNATIONAL CHAMBERS 599 Airport Road Maitama, Abuja, NIGERIA.He sent me one form fill for AFFIDAVIT .. And which form write

1) Consultation/Legal Service charge $ US300 (US Dollars)

2) Oath Fee $US 550 (US Dollars)

3) Legalization/Artification charge $ US400 (USDollars)

Total US 1, 250 (US Dollars)

I said to Mr. Barrister i am too poor so plz. help me after that he said me for pay US$ 500US Dollars. After that once again i request to Mr. Barrister P Johnson and said to him sir you can deduct your fee. from my won prize money, I cant pay your fee because im not able to pay your fee. After this today he is saying me I ADVISE YOU TO GO NOW AND ASK THEM TO GIVE YOU A CANCELLATION OF PRIZE FORM SO THAT THE PRIZE WILL BE CANCELED AND BE SENT BACK TO THE COCA COLA LOTTERY BOARD.Today Mr. Charles Mekwunye Executive Director of Payment Center Bank Of NIGERIA PLC is saying me for I pay fee of Mr. Barrister P Johnson $ 400 US Dollars. I request you SIR/MADAM plz. help me im too poor how i can pay fee $400 US Dollars. who ask from Mr. Barrister p Johnson and Mr. Charles Mekwunye am i not person? I know im too poor boy but can not anybody help me? Plz.
