Alance is getting reduced

I am suffering from tata docomo for last 3 weeks every friday my balance is getting reduced. When i am calling to cstmr care there they r telling that game download pack is downloaded and till now i am not downloaded any chargeble content i am 100% sure i am only using my phone so am clear even today and yesterday it happend then i have to ring up cstmr care again and again... please do the need full
