Subject: Complaint against Bad services by TATA Docomo.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am a coustomer of TATA Docomo with below given information:

1. Product – Internet Device

2. IMEI No. – 3552910401441

3. SIM No.- 07206134838

I am highly unsatisfied with their services as they are not atall because of following reasons:

1. They have barded and blocked my SIM on 13. Jan without any warning or intimation. Morever they are not able give any reason for

2. They are not matching with their claimed speed of 3.6 Mbps.

3. Extension port give by them is faulty and not working since beginning.

Please put your kind attention in this regard and take concrete action against them.
