Forced to buy hosting

Hi,

They claim domain is for 199 Rs, But when i check out the cart. It force me to choose any hosting plans.

Why they give in google adwords that domain is 199?

Playing Tricks? Please make hosting as optional Or quote exact price in banner et all.
