Not allow to Update Nameserve

I want to transfer my domain service to another provide due to un-responsive support from the rediff.

I have made one mistake at the time of registration by mistake i have put webbyinfoteh@yahoo.com as login id. But its not exist email id. The correct email id is webbyinfotech@yahoo.co.in, I accept that its my mistake but as compare with reddiff registration process there should have email veryfication process before payment. I have also written mail to yahoo as well for the same issue. I like to convert my webbyinfotech@yahoo.co.in to .com but they reply me as not possible to do it. Now what i can do in between of yahoo and rediff nobody want to give me support in such case. there were also issue with name server updation. Rediff not properly support my name server configuration.

so, now finally i took a decision to transfer my domain to another provide. Again issue from the rediff... they told me like

"The Requested domain has been unlocked & Authorization Code request has been initiated, an email will be sent from Network Solutions to the Registrant e-mail address i.e. "webbyinfotech@yahoo.com" on record for the domain " webbyinfotech.com " within 24hrs."

Oh.. you can see the above sentence that they will send auth code to my webbyinfotech@yahoo.com...

now what i can do... its very strange... then i have reply them like..

"Very Important Information is that.. I have made mistake at registration time. I have given webbyinfotech@yahoo.com instead of Webbyinfotech@yahoo.co.in, I had also talk with you as earlier for updation of email id. At that time your company replied me like not possible to change email id. Even yahoo not provide facility to update email id co.in to .com

Can you do needful for such issue."

after this mail i have not get any mail from rediff...

so my domain transfer process on wait..

Anybody can give me suggestion for this issue...

pls help me if anybody have any idea...
