Wrong contents, credit card details misusage

Hi sir,

I have registered in "http://www.downloadweb.org/index.php" for QTP materials, they have charged me $ 1.99 for registering but I didnt find any materials which they have mentioned in addition to that i was charged again Rs.3703.23 from my credit card without my confirmation.

Please take necessary actions on this website and save people from their credit card details misusage
