Online Purchased Items not delivered after two weeks even the company offering a delivery with in seven days

From dream land publication I was purchased through online having a total amount of Rs-810/- books dated on 14th June as they offered the delivery with in seven days. This is the 16th day after the purchase and I didn't receive the books; I was already paid the amount and not getting any positive feed back.
