Not showing usage on broadband

I have broadband connection with landline phone. My phone no. is 044-26840439. My problem is that iam unable to see my usage account on the net. So many times i have registered complain with custmer care (varindawan) 044-26841000 & on1500 (complain no.7750) But did not get responce till date
