Fraud money deducted and no rrefund

I tried booking my ticket from the site easemytrip.com. During the transaction I was charged the ticket amt of Rs.5589 but it was unsuccessful. It happened twice. The day was 19th, time 11.56pm and 20th 12.04 am. This money as shown in my pass book was debited in my account. I even had a talk with their customer executives and they said it was cancelled, which is not refunded till date. I tried to call them contact them through e-mails, etc but they didn't reply or refund my money till now. I want a strict action against this. Pl advice.
