Have not received the free gift

Hi,

I had purchased a product from Ebay on Oct 05th using an ebay coupon code with which i was promised to be mailed a free gift 1 TB WD HDD. The ebay code used was EBAYDUSS11. Its been 4 months now and I still have not received the gift. As i had moved out of my old address I had also mailed them my new address mentioning the gift needs to be sent to the new address. I spoke to the customer service and they said someone would call me during the next 48 hours and its been 3-4 days past this and there still hasnt been any response. Please help me in this matte
