EBAY/ICICI/PNB
EBAY REFUND NOT RECIEVED

I purchased a cellphone using ebay.in and paid for the same Rs.4025 using PNB Debit card.

But since the cellphone was not delivered to me a refund was approved from Ebay Side.on 03/09 by paisapay.

Today is 09/09/10 still no money from ebay.in is reflected in my bank account. Customer support gave me some RRN no. and Authoriztion ID but my bank officials (Punjab national bank) are not aware of that. I have been calling 2-3 times a day to paisapay customer support still no information is given to me. Kindly look into the matter.

It has been over 3 months now..I tried sending mail to RBI, ICICI, PNB, Ebay...

None of them have even bothered to revert back to me,
