Not Received Free Gift

Hi,

I have ordered Sony Ericssion XPERIA NEO in Ebay on 24/08. They offered the free gift for Ganesha festival if item is above 20, 000. I have applied the coupon for WD 500 GB Hard Disk. I got the phone on 27/08. But I haven't received the Hard Disk till now. I tried many time to Constumer Service. Always busy. Online helpline also unavailable. I haven't called/mailed me not even once.
