I shopped for over Rs.10, 000 on www.ebay.in a and as per the republic day offer was to receive a free samsung mobile worth Rs.1000. Its been over 2 months since the offer but I haven't received the mobile yet. I have made numerous calls to ebay but customer service has been of no help. My calls are either placed on hold for ages or the agents simply hang up. My ebay user id is (mandark13).
