I have returned that item since it is not working.

I recieved mail from ebay that my paid amount (Rs.2098) will be reimbursed. I recieved email from

on 25.01.10.

I am supposed to recieve the D.D.by 25.03.10 (i.e. 60days).

I have contacted customer support through phone many times but each time that they are telling they escalated my case. But finally one customer support executive asked to send a mail to inrswebhelp@ebay.com.

So far I have not received any reply from them.
