Account Suspended - No Reason Given - Money Blocked

I was a seller at ebay India. I sold more than 100 items and have more than 50 positive reveiws. This one fine day ebay suspended my account without giving me any reason what so ever. Ebay has done the same to 2 of my friends also. I am looking for help so could anyone please tell me 2 things - a) how to register a RTI against the ebay asking them the reasons to explain why my account was suspended. b) Compaint against EBAY in consumer court. I dont care how much money I spend but I dont want this fraud to happen to anyone else. I am soon going to launch a website against ebay so that all of us suffered at the hands of ebay must co-odinate together.
