Item not as described

I purchased a mobile from Ebay Global easy buy, I received the item but not in a working condition. When i complaint about this to Ebay they advised me to speak to the seller and get it resolved. i am standing no where as Ebay is nothing but a shit and the customer support is awful. Their agents dont know what they are talking about.

I would like to suggest everyone to never ever purchase anything from Ebay GEB or dont even deal with Ebay, they are sluts and bunch of imbeciles people.
