Delivery of fake item

I have ordered for 1.7 liter Electric Kettle Item No. - 250560717115 through Ebay site. But on delivery there was nothing in the packet except two absurd manuals. These companies through online shopping are cheating people with providing fake or empty packets at the doors.

I already lodged a complaint to e-bay officials. But they are saying that it was stolen by postal people.
