INTERNET DISCONNECT

We are using ZTE AC 2736 Broadband modem, in that AUTO RECONNECTION option is provided. As we are using this modem in a remote control place it has to be reconnected automatically when ever internet disconnected due to weak signal or some other problem. Since Auto Reconnection option is available in this modem, we are using it. But it is reconnected automatically for the duration of one week only (or may be limited no.of times) after that it won't be re connect automatically when ever it is disconnected. At that time manual operation is needed to connect the Internet, since it is placed in remote area we are facing some problems to reconnect it manually & it also takes some time to go and reconnect it manually so we are loosing some technical data which is transferred through wireless communication. So please suggest the way for making "auto reconnection" always as soon as possible. I has alredy contact your customer care twice but they are failed to solve the actual problem (which is nothing but " Failed to Auto reconnection").
