Faulty product and overcharging

This has reference to my order for a electric spray and paint machine price 2798/-(2499/- for the product 299 shipping charges) being sold by Naaptol. today i got the order (no:-3793352). i have 2 issues regarding the product:-

1.-although motor part is working fine buy paint sprayer trigger leaks fluently on pressing it hence making it useless.

2.- complaint number 2 really disappoints me, the M.R.P printed on product box is rs. 915/- as against invoice price which is 2798/-(2499/- for the product 299 shipping charges) which is highly unethical and against law.(copy of invoice and M.R.P attached with complaint)

so your honor kindly let me know what to do now.
