FRAUD BILL

First, thanks to inconsumercomplaints.com team for running such a wonderful service to help the ones desperately in need. You guys are doing a fabulous job.

My complaint is that my reliance netconnect number 9357713071 's january bill has been inflated by two times over. My usual fixed bill is Rs 950 whereas i have been served with a bill of Rs 1900 this month. Their view is that i have exceeded my usage by 1.7 GB. I am a well informed netizen and contact reliance customer care from time to time to know my remaining data usage and as soon as i know it's going tom be over, i restrict its usage. It's evident from my past bills. But this was the limit from their part, inflating the bill to twice it's value shows how desperate this company is to extract revenues, by hook or crook.
