Eduction in speed of internet

I am a customer of airtel broadband. my airtel landline number is 044-42918310.there has been a reduction in my internet speed.my internet plan is 512 kb/s but i am getting speed upto 256 kb/s.when i complained about it in airtel services they did noyhing about it.i request to take neccesary action.
