I am not good with my english i just completed 1 year in this company called Elsner technologies I am very good with my work since I am not getting any appraisal or increment and company collected 1500 rs everymonth as a provident fund but nobody had a PF account. There are 250 employees in this company and also this company is ISO certified but still employees not getting any benefits from this company. The Hr policy is worst people who are not obeying Hr order she or he will be fired at that movement. I would like the help of my community to initiate legal proceedings against this company's exploitative policies
