Poor broadband service

Since January our BSNL unlimited business "broadband" service has been inconsistent and unavailable. Our landline is 135-263-3601 and 135-263-1059. Before this date. the service was excellent and speed was good, however, for the past two months, it is pathetic. We have complained repeatedly to the local telephone exchange office in Mussoorie, to no avail. This is not an issue of speed only, it is a matter of the DSL and "internet" light being out irregularly on our router supplied by BSNL. Though we have asked for service, no efforts have been made to fix the problem or reduce our rates. Please take action to remedy the problem, as it affects our business and ability to communicate via email and the web.
