Airtel collection deppartment harrasment

Dear sir

i am using airtel broadband from since 1year at my home i had already cleared all my bills but the collection department of airtel is calling me and speaking very rude languages like (bastard bad words) they are saying we have a warrant on you. But i told them very clearly that i had cleared all the bills.i am not the person that you are thinking and calling me but the persons are not listening and scolding us very badly that they will my end of life (sir i had already complained my complaint to the appellate officer of andhra-pradesh on december 20th till now nobody is taking response on my complaint from appellate authority i had called to them from december 20th to jan 25th but no body of airtel is ready to resolve my complaint my landline number of airtel broadband is (040-42407691) my name is E.suresh raju iam staying in hyderabad. Sir airtel appellate authority of broadband andhrapradesh is worst, sir i had all the voice records of the airtel who are spoken very rudely and too the records of the appellate authority . sir kindly please take an action on those who are calling us
