The fee is not deductible under the Management regulations. You are required to cash your bank draft in HSBC Bank or in any bank in your country with the payment telex document that will be delivered to you.

Your fund (bank draft) was insured with your REF NO: IDF/2907. The Insurance & notarization fee charge you are asked to pay can not be deducted from your prize bank draft. It is an instruction from the Management, that no staff should temper with any winners bank draft to avoid irregularities during the Delivery of funds.
