It is not functioning

Espected sir

i am using airtel modem last 04 month.but last 02 weak it is not functioning due to 719 error and also it is not functioning some specific area (hatia railway colony, hatia, ranchi, jharkhand)

i had complained many times but there is no action.my complain id is CADCN3071632966100.

PLEASE TROUBLESHOOT IT.I WILL VERY THANKFULL TO YOU.
