Company neither providing offered job nor returning money

Evox data solution offered a pert time data entry job through email. After submission of their entry fees of 980rs/- they promised to contact me within 24 hrs and the job procedure will start thereafter. I has bee more then 2 weeks i have regularly reported my concerns to them but their is no reply from their side.
