Airtel is trying to make only money is bothering about customers

What is wrong with Airtel. They people are not bothering about customer. I was using the Airtel broadband from last 5 yrs. now i shiffted my office and request for the transfer of my number. But they was not able to transfer my number due to non airtel wiring area. I request for the disconnect the number. But from the november'09 they are not disconnecting my number and making the bills every month. My every morning start with this explaining to different executive of airtel. I'm fadeup now. I'm not understanding what i do. Even in the month of feb airtel sent the executive and settle the amount which i paid. And they commit me to get the NOC letter with 4 working day. But i didn't get noc letter and on the other hand airtel is continuouly making his billing. Still they are demanding their amount!!!

Its really hurtful
