Poor delivery and customer management system

These people cliam high level quality assurance but deliver products without any quality check in place. I have been delivered a tunic with stitches (as if someone has worn/torn/redone that clothe). I have been following up with them since Monday last week and till now they have not been able to organise pick up of the same. They really seem to not care that there is a customer complaint that should be addressed. This is not my first bad experience in service deliebry with them. Someone should teach them customer management.
