SUB: REGARDING EXCESSIVE BROADBAND USAGE.

We have been using BSNL Broadband (250 MB LIMITED PLAN) since 7 years and found the service really good. However, from past 2 months (APRIL & MAY). We have received the bill charging approximately RS. 6, 000 plus (six thousand & plus) each month. We doubt some problem, since we do not use broadband often or in excess. Also, this can be due to unprotected (without password) broadband connection which had to be provided by BSNL concerned personnel or may be due to errors related to account number. So, we request you to recheck the above mentioned issues and do the needful at the earliest possible.
