Airtel cheating people

Airtel has gone to its worse in cheating people. i have been using airtel from last 3 years, i am also using internet service on my mobile via mobile office settings, every month there is some problem with the company, despite of deleating airtel live settings from my phone they cut my balance by sending sms that i have downloaded game from airtel live. after this all if we will call to customer care firstly its very hard to talk to costomer care, 2ndly if they will talk to us they won't listen to our complaints, if they will listen our complaint insted of solving them they will cut the the line in between.

i have been fed up with all this. is there any solution to these problems.or only one solution betterv to change the number with other company. can anybody suggest me some other company which is not doing all this fakes.
