My Airtel broad band service has been disconnected with out my knowledge for 3 days. I had tried to complain about the disconnection to airtel through my cellphone. The customer care person is not taking the complaint through cellphone and is demanding to make it to through the airtel landline through which broad band was connected. This is rediculous response from the customer. How could i make a call if the service is not working. Is the customer care people are qualified for the job? do they have sufficient knowledge on the products? what is the fun of taking airtel service if there are multiple service providers available in the market. we expected quick response from customer care but received very unsatisfactory response.
