Failure of recharge

Today morning i availed the services of Ezrecharge.in to get my mobile recharged for an amount of 198.00 INR... They have charged me 8.00 INR as internet service charges... the same amount was deducted from my bank account... I've waited all day for the amount to appear on my mobile account... Then i've lodged a complaint with them, with no reply from hem, i ve tried lodging the complaint again... I tried calling them, Their customer care number is switched of all the time... they wont respond to my emails...
