GOODS not as specified

Order no. 200023392. I had ordered 4 planter sets which i received 3 days back.

However, they are not of the specified length and height that were mentioned on the site. Infact they are not even half the size specified. What kind of nonsense is this???

I am an avid online shopper and this is the first time that i have been deceived by an online site.

I would like to the goods taken back and my money refunded immediately. I have your bill and invoice.

What is worse is that no-one has even called me despite my complaint on ur toll free no.2 days back.

The whole purpose of online shopping is to save time and that's exactly what i am wasting following up for these stupid planters. Please take them BACK and refund my money IMMEDIATELY.

I would like a senior responsible person to call me and provide closure to the issue as i am really short of time and highly irritated with the whole affair. Ur call centre said that within 48 hours i would receive a call. I am still waiting...
