Credit back my money!

Hi,

FnU promises to credit Rs. 1000 on friend invite. The friend i invited, made her purchase (322174) and the product was delivered. But till date I donot have that 1000 Rs creditted. I have called the Customer Care like 1000 times... each time waiting for 10/15 mins and all they say is that they will do it in the next 72 hrs.

I would really like to know when this 72 hrs would come in REAL.

Im really pissed off with their service.

Not to mention, my order 295561 was ordered more than a month back. and i have NO CLUE where it is!

I made a big mistake making some more purchases in the last month. I will just see as to what would happen to them and then QUIT FnU. I will make sure that no one i know would commit the same mistake!
