Incomple order delievert that too after several phone calls

I ordered an oven toaster griller and a set of cosmetics together from fashion and fashionandyou.com website. After waiting for more than a month, I received the order that was incomplete. Only the OTG had been delievered. As i had piad the whole amount online while ordering, this bothered me a lot. So i made multiple calls to them also I emailed a number of time. They told me that my package will be delievered soon, so I waited fir 2 weeks before calling them again/ Then they replied that they have already sent both items in one go and that they dont have any record of it now. So I mailed them again because I had already shopped with them before but to no avail. So I am writing here to inform everybody that this company is a big fraud and that you should refrain from buying from it.
