Non receipt of order, no response

I have ordered for one watch from fashionandyou.com on 28th Sep. Its almost 2 months now and I have not received my order yet. They don't display any phone number in their site so initially I didn't have any phone number but once after sending lots of mails I received one call from fashion and you. I tried that number 40-50 times but no one picks the calls. They give wrong shipment numbers and name of non existing courier services saying that my order has been dispatched but I have not received any shipment yet.

This is my most disappointing experience in online shopping.
