NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ORDERED

I WOULD LIKE TO OFFICIALLY LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DELHI-BASED ONLINE STORE 'FASHIONANDYOU.COM'.

I have ordered for Garden Saree (order No 69360 from fashionandyou.com on 4th oct. Its almost 4 months now and I have not received my order yet. No one at customer care even reply to your mails or even picks the calls. They give wrong shipment numbers and name of non existing courier services saying that my order has been dispatched but I have not received any shipment yet.

This is my most disappointing experience in online shopping.
