Non Delivery of Orde

I placed an Order for Blackberry Storm 9530 on 12th Feb on Fashionandyou.com. Order # 237369. They promised to deliver the product within 3-4 weeks, but they didnt deliver. After 4 weeks, on 7th March, they called me and said that we dont have the product. They kept misguiding me for a month and now they are saying that they dont have the product. I have emails from their support team saying that product is undergoing Quality check and will be delivered soon. Please help me in this case. They kepy my money for month and now not ready to ship me the product just because I was enquiring about it a lot and wanted it to be delivered on 5th march.
