Non-delivery of orders & poor customer service

An advice for all those thinking of shopping online on www.fashionandyou.com!

this website will tempt u like anything for their products. but pls never fall prey to it.

i had my order booked in the first week of march'2011. but till date, nothing has been delivered.

On writing, a number of e-mails to the support, they always say that the product will be delivered within 72 hrs. But these never arrive.

Added to it, they cancelled two out of three items of my order, saying that the materials didnt pass the quality check!!!

forget contacting them over phone/ writing on their wall in facebook, etc., these are totally non-responsive. on facebook, they reply that the support will contact you within 24 hrs. but the call never comes!!! and make a call, u shall always be put on hold, their numbers are always busy!!!
