Regarding the orders undelivered

Hi,

I have ordered the below products, but till the date i havent recieved it and didnt got the money back. Its been two months now for the orders . you guys never tell tell the customers that the product is not available and we will refund the money, i have called you 20 times in last two months for the orders . till the date i have made more than 25 orders, but never receive an order on time.

Will you please tell me the status of the below orders and i want the money back in my fashionandyou account, not in the credit card.
