Non-delivery of products

I ordered a two products (Order #426028) from www.fashionandyou.com on June 14. I received an email saying that the order is dispatched on May 25th. When I checked my order history on Fashion and You it showed me the tracking: 7517930.

But after that there was no update. After a couple of days when I again checked the order history I was surprised to see that the status for this order shows as received, where as I have not received this order yet. I checked the status of this order on Pancity website and to my surprise it has been delivered to some other location.

I have been following up with Fashion and you agents for last 15 days and have not received any solution to my issue. All they say is that the concerned department is looking into the issue.

I am really sick of following up with fashion and you and request you to please help me with my issues.
